Executive Director of Human Resources

Tony Treglia is Miami Jewish Health Systems’  Executive Director of Human Resources. He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources with a career that has led him to work with The Sherwin-Williams Company, Herberts Powder Coatings, Charles Schwab where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the company’s Institutional Group and DHL. Prior to joining MJHS, Tony was Senior Vice President of Human Resources Service Delivery for Aviva North America, the sixth largest insurance group in the world. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University as well as various licenses and certifications supporting his career.
