Stanley Axlrod UTD Towers, Inc.

Stanley Axlrod UTD Towers is an ideal community for seniors living on a limited income who want the safety of a secure environment—along with enriching social, educational and recreational activities.

This 269-apartment, 17-story high-rise was originally built by the United Teachers of Dade to attract teachers to the community, located in the heart of Brickell, in downtown Miami, right on the edge of Biscayne Bay.

Stanley Axlrod UTD Towers is now a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 202 facility specifically designated for low-income elderly. To enjoy the standard of living that this modern apartment building offers, at least one member of the family needs to be 62 years or older. Eligibility according to income is determined each year.
