Project Independence at Home is a program of PACE (Florida Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) at Miami Jewish Health Systems. This program offers services for participants who live at home and for those who live in assisted living facilities:
- Adult day care and caregiver respite
- Caregiver training
- Companionship
- Emergency alert response systems
- Escort services to medical appointments
- Home-delivered meals
- Home modifications
- Housework and chores
- Medical supplies and equipment
- Nutritional and financial assessments
- Over-the-counter drug benefit
- Personal care, such as eating, bathing, dressing, bathing and toileting
- Physical, occupational & speech therapy
