Douglas Gardens Home Care offers a wide range of comprehensive services to help keep the ill and frail well cared for:
- Assistance with personal care, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, doctor’s visits, recreation, appointments and errands
- Help with basic activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, walking, eating and personal hygiene
- Companionship
Care managers provide a variety of services to help clients continue leading independent lives at home:
- Arranging for household repairs and maintenance
- Managing finances and writing checks
- Planning and chaperoning social activities
- Providing weekly nursing assessments
