Spiritual support, as requested, for patients and families;
Trained volunteers who provide companionship, assistance, and support;
Bereavement counseling and support for family members and significant others throughout the patient's illness and for a minimum of 13 months (more, if needed);
Consultation and emergency care 24 hours a day, every day of the year;
Coordination of medical equipment for comfort and symptom management;
Physical, occupational, speech, music, and other therapies as indicated in the plan of care.
Seasons Programs:
Open Access is an innovative program that allows patients currently receiving medical treatments and/or experiencing intense psychosocial issues to access hospice services earlier.
A Touch for All Seasons is a highly specialized program for people in the advanced stage of dementia and other neurological illnesses. Meaningful sensory activities stimulate the senses, promote relaxation, and offer comfort and serenity to those living with dementia. Advanced Parkinson’s Disease, and any disease causing cognitive impairments.
Music Therapy is used to enhance the lives of patients by consoling and comforting them. Seasons employs only Music Therapists who are Board Certified by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT).
Continuous Care can be provided when the patient experiences an acute episode of uncontrolled medical symptoms. Our goal is to help the patient remain at home or assist as they transition from the hospital back to their home.
