Randy Holmes

Randy Holmes' forte is in compliance and regulatory issues. He’s experienced in handling management occupancy reviews, contract renewals, budget-based rent increases, standardizing policies plus procedures and new development. Since July 2009, Mr. Holmes has been the director of Douglas Gardens Senior Housing. He oversees Douglas Gardens North in Pembroke Pines as well as Stanley Axlrod United Teachers of Dade (UTD) in Brickell, in downtown Miami. Before joining Miami Jewish Health Systems, Mr. Holmes was the Director of Housing Administration and development at Diocese of Palm Beach.
