Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly
The Florida PACE Centers of Miami Jewish Health Systems help adults 55 years of age and older live safely and comfortably at home, so long as they meet the level of care required by Medicaid for nursing home care.
A skilled team of doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists and other health care professionals are on hand, working together to see that each member receives all the care they need—preventive, primary, acute and long-term care—24 hours a day.
The PACE Day Health Centers help members stay active and engaged in the community. Members visit their doctor and therapists here and enjoy recreational and therapeutic activities, meals and snacks. The Day Health Centers are open Monday through Friday, with bus transportation making it easy for members to visit.
