Who Has Star Quality This Quarter?

They are employees who epitomize our core values, consistently perform above expectations, always give the extra effort and exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Every quarter three employees are nominated by fellow co-workers, management, patients, clients, tenants, visitors and volunteers as the Miami Jewish Health Systems Champions.

We are glad to present to you this quarter’s Champions: Nadia Rhymes, Ubaldo Don and Saintania Censor.

Every quarter, Miami Jewish Health Systems employees, volunteers, patients and residents nominate who, in their opinion, is the employee with star quality. The employee with most nominations wins the title of “Employee of the Quarter”. Besides a great sense of pride, that title comes with great prizes including $200, a PTO day, 2 movie passes, a letter from the CEO and an award. Not to mention, a personal parking space and bragging rights of course. “Employee of the Quarter” awards are given to distinguished Miami Jewish Health Systems employees who go above and beyond their daily responsibilities.
