Linda Williams

Linda Williams is the Senior Manager of Training & Development at Miami Jewish Health Systems. Her responsibilities include assessing the organization’s educational needs, overseeing the development and delivery of clinical training as well as consulting and coaching senior management and leadership teams. Before joining MJHS, she worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Memorial Healthcare System and at Jackson Memorial Healthcare System. Ms. Williams also had her own consulting firm called Williams Training and Consulting Group. She has an M.B.A. and a B.S. from Florida Metropolitan University.
