Juan T. Pina

Juan T. Pina is the Senior Benefits Manager for Miami Jewish Health Systems. He’s responsible for administering the health and welfare program for more than 1,200 employees as well as the pension plan and 403 (b). He also managed to implement a new open enrollment process online and create a wellness program complete with seminars, health fairs and health risk assessments. Before joining MJHS, Mr. Pina worked at Starboard Cruise Services and Duty Free Americas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
