Jean Kramer

Jean Kramer is Miami Jewish Health Systems’ Executive Director of Residential Living and Social Services, overseeing Hazel Cypen Tower and Irving Cypen Tower, the Social Work Department, the Case Management Department and Concierge Services. Ms. Kramer is certified as an Assisted Living Facility Administrator. She joined MJHS in 2005 with 24 years of experience in Long Term Care. She has worked at Saint Vincent Hospital in Ottawa, Canada and Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston, MA.  Ms. Kramer holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and an MSW from the University of Toronto. Ms. Kramer has recently obtained her Florida Nursing Home Administrator's License.
