Dorothy D. Olive

Dorothy D. Olive is Sr. Manager of Compensation & Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Miami Jewish Health Systems. She’s responsible for the strategic planning, design, development, implementation and administration of compensation programs for all of the MJHS organizations. She manages the design and administration of the HRIS as well. Before joining MJHS, Ms. Olive was a member of the Change Management team for a major SAP implementation project at the School Board of Broward County in Florida as well as a Compensation Advisor at FedEx Corporation. Ms. Olive was also President and Chairman of the Board of the Mid South Compensation Association.
