Cheryl Mitten

Cheryl Mitten is the Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper at Stanley Axlrod UTD Towers. She manages all the bookkeeping functions including bank reconciliations, rent collection, cash flow analysis and preparation of financial statements. Her other responsibilities include accepting applications, monitoring both janitorial and maintenance staff, renting apartments, annual unit inspections, preparing annual leases and interviewing prospective residents. Ms. Mitten has her Bachelors degree in Accounting and is close to receiving her Masters degree in Accounting. She is CMH certified through the National Center for Housing Management.
